The 16mm wide leather working dog collar is designed to fit smaller dog breeds like Jack Russells and Sausage Dogs.
Angus Barrett Saddlery leather dog collars are made from a waxy, first grade, chrome-tanned harness leather, and feature a solid, stainless steel buckle and ring.
Angus Barrett Saddlery leather dog collars are designed to withstand all of your dog's adventures, mud, rain, hail or shine, and will remain reliable and durable.
The leather dog collars are also available in larger, wider sizes including the 25mm Working Dog Collar, and the 32mm leather Working Dog Collar.
Angus Barrett Saddlery leather dog collars are Australian made in our workshop in Orange NSW.
Before the leather working dog collars leave the workshop, they are hand finished by Angus and his team with a treatment that is designed to specifically enhance and protect that product. We work to ensure that all Angus Barrett products are ready for work or show.
The Dog Collar is made from a first grade chrome leather that has been oiled and is ready for your dog to wear. With use, if the belt becomes dry, we recommend using a surface leather dressing, like the Angus Barrett Saddlery Leather Dressing, to condition it.
We recommend that you do not use any oil to care for your Angus Barrett leather product.
Cleaning
If the dog collar requires cleaning, simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Please note that most leather products will darken with age, use and after dressing.
If your leather product needs to be stored in a bag, we recommend that you use a breathable bag, such as a canvas bag, not a PVC bag.
Angus Barrett Saddlery leather dog collar sizes are literal measurements from the tip of the buckle tongue, to the middle hole.
How to choose the right size dog collar:
The best way to pick the right size collar for your dog is to measure his or her current collar from the tip of the buckle tongue to the hole most used. You then need to match this up to the middle hole measurement on our dog collar to ensure that you pick the right size.
Measurements:
1st hole = 28.5cm
Middle hole = 32.5cm
Last hole = 36.5cm
If you are unsure of the measurements, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team on 0408 980 896 and a member of our team will be happy to help you.
