Leather Girth with Double Buckle

The Angus Barrett Leather Girth, lined with pure wool felt and rigged with 2 x 38mm stainless steel buckles was designed by Angus to fit a saddle that is using a Latigo on the nearside and a Girth Point on the offside.

The shape of this Girth combined with the quality leather, wool felt and hardware is what makes Angus Barrett Girths stand out in the crowd. The shape of the girth gives your horses' leg room to move freely, and the quality raw materials ensure you are getting superior performance and durability.

The standard girth features two stainless steel buckles on either end. You can build your own Girth to suit your individual preferences by adding a centre dee rings and hand-stitched leather keepers at one or both ends.

The centre Dees are made for those who use a back girth or Breastplate.

The leather used is all first-grade AB Harness skirting leather, which is made specifically for Angus Barrett Saddlery, to strict specifications.

The lining is the same pure wool felt used for our best selling saddle pads (13mm thick).
