The team at Angus Barrett Saddlery will be taking a well-deserved break from Monday 11th – Friday 22nd April 2022 (during Easter School Holidays). We wanted to let you know that during this period there will be limited Customer Service, but we will answer all phone calls and email enquires once we return from our break.
The staff at Angus Barrett Saddlery work very long hours during the year in both Production and Customer Service and its very important to Angus that the team are recharged and productive when the workshop is in operation.
The team work 12 hour days which entitles them to 8 weeks annual leave each year. This year, management have decided to close for two weeks during the school holidays to allow the all the staff to enjoy some quality time with their families.
Please be rest assured that if any orders are placed online during the shutdown period, they will be fulfilled on the day we return. Along with any phone or email enquiries.
We hope you can understand that we value our staff as much as the customer and having a productive workforce is essential to continue manufacturing the quality products that you all know and love.
By giving you some advance notice, you may want to place an order for your saddlery and leather goods before we close on Friday 8th April.
