Leather Production & Saddle Making Apprenticeship

We are seeking amazing people to come and join our small team just outside Orange NSW.

On the job training is available so experience is not essential but passion and motivation are. The most important skills required are a great work ethic, a positive attitude and attention to detail.

The position will include learning all aspects of leather production including (but not limited to) manufacturing leather belts, bridles, leather reins, hand carving and hand stamping leather goods, tying rope halters, edging, slicking and skiving.

The training program will also involve learning how to operate the company’s state of the art machine tool, the OMAX 55-55 abrasive water jet and for designing and producing tools to aid in the manufacture of our products using CNC technology.
