Maker's Notes
Our Weekender Travel bag has been made using only the best raw materials available to us. The main body of the bag is made from Australian made, heavy duty rip-stop canvas, and the top of the bag is made from a beautiful European leather that will develop its very own character and patina over the years.
The handles are made from a greasy-packed rolled leather which means you won’t need to add any conditioner over time. They will remain strong, yet supple as the years go by.
The handles have also been reinforced with leather handle attachment points which have been double stitched and rivetted to the side of the bag, adding extra strength and longevity to the handles.
We have used brass YKK zippers which are also lockable for added security when traveling.
With all of these materials and features in mind, the bag has been designed to be durable, strong and long lasting to withstand any adventure it may accompany you on, be it a trip overseas, a quick weekend away or even camping.

Care
Our canvas bags are manufactured from the best materials we can source. This bag is made from first grade canvas and is designed to be extremely hard wearing. It should require very little care.
In general, we recommend that you do not add any oil to an Angus Barrett leather product. Instead, if the leather on your Weekender Bag becomes dry, we recommend using a surface leather dressing, like the Angus Barrett Leather Dressing, to condition it.
Cleaning
If the bag requires cleaning, simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth. If required, use a stiff brush to remove any dirt off the canvas prior to wiping down.
