  • Experience unprecedented flexibility with the movable browband that slides vertically along the poll strap and throat latch, allowing you to position it exactly where your horse needs it. The generous 125mm of adjustment on both the throat latch and poll straps (with 5 positioning holes) ensures a secure, comfortable fit for horses of various shapes and sizes.
  • Choose your preferred bit attachment system to match your riding style. The decorative concho buckle-to-bit system adds a touch of elegance, while the practical Jet-tack system allows for quick bit changes - perfect for trainers working with multiple horses using a single bridle.
  • Crafted from heavy weight, vegetable tanned AB Harness leather, personally specified by Angus for superior quality - this bridle maintains its structural integrity through our unique manufacturing process. SIZING

Angus Barrett Saddlery bridles are designed to fit the average horse, from 13hh - 16hh. If your horse has a particularly large or small head, please get in touch with us.

We make extra parts that are sold separately for these situations. 

CARE

Before your Bridle leaves the workshop, it is hand finished with a treatment that is designed to specifically enhance and protect the product.

With use, if the Sure Fit Bridle becomes dry, we recommend using a surface leather dressing, like the Angus Barrett Leather Dressing, to condition it.

We recommend that you do not use any oil to care for your Angus Barrett leather product.

If the Sure Fit Bridle requires cleaning, simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Please note that most leather products will darken with age, use and after dressing.
