    Customer Service Representative
    Full Time or Permanent Part-Time
    Orange NSW

    Angus Barrett Pty Ltd is leading manufacturing and e-commerce business, which handcraft quality, high-end Saddlery, Leather and Canvas products. We are looking for someone to join our team in a Customer Service role. 

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has exceptional customer service skills and a love for horses. Someone who genuinely has a passion for growing customer relationships and who will contribute positively to our organisation.

    The position is full-time based in our manufacturing plant in Orange NSW. Flexible hours will be considered for the right candidate.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Managing phone enquiries from new and existing customers
    • Managing email enquiries regarding product information and general customer enquiries
    • Responsible for the dispatch of all online, phone and email orders
    • Process all orders, invoices, exchanges and refunds
    • Communication and follow up with customers
    • General office administration tasks

    We are looking for someone who:

    • Enjoys developing customer relationships. This role will involve a lot of phone conversations with our customers to continually deliver outstanding customer service
    • Can resolve customer issues/complaints and leave them delighted because you’re excellent in customer service
    • Values the customer journey, which involves not only customer interaction prior to purchase, but also support post purchase
    • Ensures the customer experience is consistently positive
    • Is not afraid to pick up the phone and ask the customer for feedback, so we can grow in product development and customer service
    • Is willing to learn about the whole process of how our products are made so you’ll be able to sell them to any prospective customers
    • Has incredible communication skills, both written and oral
    • Has a growth mindset in that you embrace challenges, understand that effort is required and celebrate the success of others in the team
    • Believes in teamwork and have the attitude to help wherever you are needed
    • Is able to prioritize and multi-task especially under pressure
    • Has experience with horses or is willing to learn horsemanship skills on the job
